Tribunal finds that High Court had erred in overturning Sessions Court’s acquittal of accused's first two charges, maintaining third to eighth charges

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 18 — The Melaka High Court yesterday increased the prison sentence against a former assistant engineer at the Royal Malaysian Police Technical College (PDRM) in Bakri, Johor, from 14 years to 37 years on eight charges of accepting bribes amounting to over RM400,000 involving works at the college.
